Build high performance teams while engaging and inspiring colleagues.
Communicate effectively across all levels.
Providing ongoing training and retraining of employees to ensure that they are prepared to meet or exceed the productivity standards for their function.
Monitoring the work performance of each employee to ensure that quality and quantity expectations are met or exceeded.
Pays strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated skills necessary to assist employees in conflict resolution and one-to-one communication.
Ensures compliance of standards.
Requirements:
Associate handles the unloading and breaking down of freight at an adequate pace Trained to operate forklift/electric pallet jack Perform vehicle safety inspections visually and operationally Report any insecure vehicles to shift supervisor or maintenance staff Bilingual (English & Spanish is recommended) Has some knowledge using online software Must be willing to take a Pre-employment drug screen and a background check Working Conditions:
Must be able to physically move throughout the distribution center to monitor the flow of merchandise.
Exposure to changing climatic conditions.
Exposure to dust, lighting and noise.
Some heavy lifting, bending, stooping, squatting, and kneeling may be required to assist employees when necessary.
