Our company is seeking an Customer Service Associate that enjoys working as a team in a very fast paced environment to deliver value-added solutions.
Our associates never settle and are competitive & willing to take initiative to put their customers first! Most of all, they have the drive to grow the business continually and consistently.
The ideal candidate should be eager to grow in their career with excellent email communication skill.
They should be comfortable building & maintaining relationships with our customer base while using their personality and possess positive energy to impact others and their working environment.
Competitive base pay along with a monthly incentive plan with potential to make $65,000 per year.
Responsibilities:
Accept in-bound and make out-bound calls to new (cold-calling) and current customers to prospect for new/additional business.
Responsible for quoting sales orders based upon current market rates.
Essential to have contact communication with customers to ensure quality service.
Let your personality shine to create an unmatched customer service experience.
Be an inquisitive, quick learner and paying attention to small details.
Practice effective time management to organize day and avoid getting distracted.
Manage daily operation of orders to ensure the execution of delivery.
Provide inside sales support for our Outside Sales team.
Assist customers with identify their needs and providing product knowledge assistance.
Assist in full life cycle of sales:
creating quotes, entering orders, working with clients on customer service issues, problem resolution, etc.
Requirements:
Possess high school diploma or equivalent.
Must be personable and accurate with numbers.
Industrial metal knowledge a plus, but not required.
Previous inside sales experience.
Have ability to multi-task with frequent interruptions.
Must pass background check and drug screening.
